We think wider is better. Particularly when riding off-road, the additional leverage and stability afforded by the wider handlebars dramatically improve handling and control, especially while descending and climbing.
If you're used to riding with a typical road bike drop bar width (38-46cm), we highly suggest trying a wider bar - the difference in effective arm angle is negligible, but the effect on control and comfort is dramatic. If you're concerned about going wider than the common advice to "aim for shoulder width", look at mountain bike handlebars as an example - 76-80cm wide handlebars are common, even though almost nobody has shoulders that wide. Very few people want to go narrower once they've tried a wider bar.

New groove for my old Mtn bike
Fantastic, wide drop bars and the redshift stem transformed my old cross country mtb into a heavy gravel cruse missile !
Nice handlebars!
I bought the scratch and dent kitchen sink handlebars along with the cruise control drop bar grips! The handlebars arrived with no visible blemishes! I installed the bars and the grips and I'm very pleased with the comfort and the many hand positions they allow! I would definitely do it again!

These bars really changed the comfort of my bike. I love the amount of back sweep and the drops. I can’t recommend them enough.
Watch for the Flare
Overall great handlebar, BUT requires adjusting your ride through tight spaces due to the high degree of flare. I've scraped a couple of trees, bollards, etc. thinking I've had enough clearance. Wish for a second design with a choice of bar with less flare.

Thanks for the feedback! Wide flared bars do present a bit more area at the front of the bike so worth keeping that in mind when riding in tight spaces. We are also working on a no/low flare version of the bars and hope to have that available later in 2024. Thanks
**** as sin and I love it.
I replaced my VO gran cru with the looped version of this bar on my road bike... I was shocked at just how comfortable it was... that 20mm raise was more than expected but the angle of the brake hoods was HUGE how far back they come made it shockingly comfortable to just sit in the drops like no other bar I've ever experienced, I didn't splurge for extra grips but can see how the drops grip would be super useful and comfy. While running into the wind I have used the front loop a bit, I'll likely be tossing a set of these on my touring bike before too long and when I eventually build a gravel bike these will 100% make the cut.
Kitchen Sink Handlebar
Nice! Riding is much more comfortable with the range of hand positions.
